TradeLight concepts are taught through actual chart analysis—not just definitions and theory. During private instruction, we’ll work through historical examples and current market conditions to identify structure, meaningful locations, price behavior, confirmation, risk and potential objectives.

What We Can Cover During the Day

Because this is private instruction rather than a prerecorded course, we can spend more or less time on individual subjects depending on your existing experience.

Topics include market structure and directional context, multiple-timeframe analysis, support and resistance, price action and candlestick behavior, rotations, meaningful trading locations, pullbacks, confirmation and rejection, execution concepts, risk and invalidation, target planning, historical chart exercises, and real-time market observation when appropriate.

The curriculum progresses from foundational structure through application and independent decision-making.

A Full Day of Private Instruction

Typical Schedule: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

The TradeLight Private Intensive is designed as a concentrated day of approximately 6+ hours of one-on-one instruction, with a lunch break and brief breaks throughout the day.

This isn’t a large seminar or a prerecorded course.

We’ll work directly with educational material, charts and exercises throughout the session. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and practice identifying the concepts yourself rather than simply watching a presentation.

Charting Platform

Course demonstrations and chart analysis will primarily be conducted using Thinkorswim. Students may use other trading platforms, as the concepts taught are not dependent on a specific platform.

In Person Preferred

Because TradeLight is highly visual and chart-based, in-person instruction is preferred when practical.

Virtual Available

Private virtual instruction is also available for students who cannot attend in person.

TradeLight grew out of the structured methodology I developed through that experience.

My objective as an instructor is not to make trading decisions for you. It is to teach you the framework I use to organize market information so that you can practice analyzing markets and making your own independent decisions.
