Welcome to Trade Light Pro. These Terms of Service govern your use of TradeLight.pro and your purchase or participation in educational services provided by Trade Light Pro. By using this website, purchasing educational services, or participating in a coaching session, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational Services
Trade Light Pro provides educational services related to futures trading, including instruction concerning market structure, chart analysis, candlestick patterns, support and resistance, trend analysis, risk-management concepts, trading platforms, and the development of trading methodologies.
Trade Light Pro’s services are intended to help students develop their own knowledge, analytical skills, and trading methodology.
Students are solely responsible for evaluating the information presented and making their own independent trading decisions.
2. No Account Management or Trading Authority
Trade Light Pro does not manage customer trading accounts, take custody of customer funds, exercise discretionary trading authority, or execute trades on behalf of students.
Students should not provide Trade Light Pro with brokerage passwords, trading-platform passwords, banking credentials, or other information that would permit access to or control over their financial or trading accounts.
3. No Guarantee of Trading Results
Trading involves substantial risk, and no trading methodology can guarantee profits or prevent losses.
Trade Light Pro does not guarantee or represent that participation in its educational services will result in profitability, particular trading results, successful completion of a proprietary trading-firm evaluation, receipt or retention of a funded account, or any other particular financial outcome.
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
4. Coaching Sessions
Educational coaching may be offered in various session lengths, including shorter sessions, multi-hour sessions, or full-day educational sessions.
The specific duration, price, subject matter, and scheduling arrangements for a coaching session will be communicated before purchase or scheduling.
Coaching may include discussion and analysis of historical or current market conditions for educational purposes. Students remain responsible for determining whether, when, and how to trade.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments for Trade Light Pro educational coaching services are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing or scheduling a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
A student may request one rescheduling of a coaching session when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, and failure to attend a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session and payment.
Trade Light Pro may make exceptions at its discretion when circumstances warrant.
6. Proprietary Trading Firms and Evaluations
Trade Light Pro may discuss proprietary trading firms, evaluation programs, or funded-account programs for educational purposes.
Trade Light Pro does not guarantee that a student will pass an evaluation, receive a funded account, retain a funded account, receive a payout, or satisfy the rules of any third-party program.
Students are responsible for independently reviewing and complying with the rules, fees, agreements, and requirements of any third-party firm they choose to use.
7. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Trade Light Pro may discuss or demonstrate third-party trading platforms, charting software, brokers, proprietary trading firms, websites, or other services.
References to a third party do not constitute a guarantee of that company’s products or services.
Third-party services operate independently of Trade Light Pro and may change their rules, pricing, technology, availability, or terms without notice. Trade Light Pro is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policies, account decisions, losses, or other actions.
8. Educational Materials and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, educational materials created or provided by Trade Light Pro—including written methodologies, charts, worksheets, illustrations, presentations, guides, videos, training materials, and other original content—are owned by Trade Light Pro or its applicable rights holder.
Materials are provided for the student’s personal educational use.
They may not be reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, publicly displayed, incorporated into another commercial educational program, or used to provide training or coaching to others without prior written permission from Trade Light Pro.
9. Website Information
Trade Light Pro attempts to provide useful and accurate information, but information on TradeLight.pro may contain errors or become outdated.
Website content may be modified, removed, or updated without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trade Light Pro shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, account losses, proprietary trading-firm evaluation failures, funded-account losses, or other financial consequences resulting from trading decisions made by a student.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Risk Disclosure
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for everyone.
Use of TradeLight.pro or participation in Trade Light Pro educational services is also subject to the Trade Light Pro Risk Disclosure.
12. Privacy
Information collected through TradeLight.pro is handled in accordance with the Trade Light Pro Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
Trade Light Pro may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
